Lemon Chicken
Serves 2
Blunt Blade
Add all ingredients and cook
Temp 100, Speed 1, Time 20min
Tastes awesome cold in salads
Curry Chicken
500g Chicken
- 1 Can Coconut Cream
- 1tbsp Curry Powder
- 1/2tbsp Paprika
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Brown Onion
Serves 4
Blunt Blade
Blitz Onion and Garlic, Add everything else except for Zucchini
Cook
Temp 100, Speed 1, Time 30min
At the 20minute mark add the chunks of zucchini
Best Bacon Brussels Brekkie
Serve 1
Cut all ingredient's and fry in a little coconut oil, pepper to season

Apricot Chicken
500g Chicken
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Can of Apricot Nectar Or Cup of Broth
- 6-8 Dried Apricots
- 1 Brown Onion
- 2 tbsp Arrowroot (only need if you want it thicker)
Serves 4
Blunt Blade
Blitz Onion, Garlic and Apricots, then add all the other ingredients except the Arrowroot
Cook
Temp 100, Speed 1, Time 30
If its a little to runny than, mix Arrowroot with water and add

Kids Dippin Dots
I use a little mix from my Tummy Smoothie and freeze for 4-6hrs
Then Blitz frozen mix 30sec and serve
Kids have no idea they are full of spinach :)
