2 cups Nuts (almonds & cashews I used) - 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Nut butter (almond butter)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1-2tbsp Maple syrup or Honey

Blitz nuts until roughly chopped, don't blitz to much or it will turn into nut meal
Then add rest of dry ingredients to bowl
In a microwave jug add nut butter, coconut oil, vanilla essence, maple syrup heat for 20 seconds until it's runny
Mix both dry and wet ingredients together
Temp 0, Speed 1, Time 2min
(If mix is a little dry, just add a few drops of water)
Spread out on a lined slice tray, refrigerate for 30 minutes
Then cut up
Best stored in freezer
