Smoothie Great for Tummy

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Almond Meal
  • 1 Cup mix frozen Berries
  • Hand full Spinach
  • Hand full Ice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Serves 1 Large
Sharp Blade
 
Add all ingredients and Blitz 40-60 sec until smooth
