Smoothie Great for Tummy
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Almond Meal
1 Cup mix frozen Berries
Hand full Spinach
Hand full Ice
2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Serves 1 Large
Sharp Blade
Add all ingredients and Blitz 40-60 sec until smooth
