Avocado Brownie

  • 100g 70% + Chocolate
  • 30g Coconut oil
  • 1-2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup or Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp GF baking powder
Serves 10 Slices
Sharp Blade
 
Add chocolate and coconut oil and heat
Temp 50, Speed 1, Time 2min

Add Avocado and mix
Temp 0, Speed 4, Time 1min

Will need to scrap side half way through mixing
Then add all other ingredients and mix
Temp 0, Speed 4, Time 30sec

Spoon mix into a lined tin, then bake for 30mins on 180d
