Lemon Chicken
500g Chicken
1 Brown Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Green capsicum (or swap for asparagus)
2 cup Mushroom Cut
1 Lemon zest and juice
1/2 can Coconut cream or 200ml Coconut Milk
Serves 4
Blunt Blade
Blitz onion and garlic, then add rest of ingredients
Cook
Temp 100, Speed 1, Time 30min
