Quick Baked Chicken/Veg NOT Bellini
These are different combinations of baked Vegetables I do each week for Simons work lunches
3 cups chopped Vegetables (any vegetable combo tastes great)
300g Chicken
Salt & Pepper to Season
Cut up all vegetables into large chunks
Add a little coconut oil on tray and melt before laying vegetables on to stop them from sticking
Cover with foil and bake
30min at 180d
With Chicken
Just Veg
