Crumb Fish NOT Bellini

  • 20150923_1704012 White Fish Fillets
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Almond meal
  • 1-2tbsp Lemon pepper spice
8 Portions
 
Cut each fillet into quarters and then soak for a few minutes in milk

In a different bowl add almond meal and lemon pepper, then coat soaked fish in dry mix
If you have time pop in fridge for 30 mins before pan frying with a little coconut oil, only a few mins each side
